Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Lioncourtstudio.com only allows for appointments to be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Once 24 hours from the appointment time has passed, the booking fee may not be refunded, even if the appointment has been canceled. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, the booking fee may not be refunded. In the event that a client arrives more than 30 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the artist may not be able to accommodate the full service. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the service. A non-refundable booking fee of $100.00 may be required to secure an appointment for a group package. This fee will be applied to the final bill once the service is completed. Clients who have more than 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a 1 year period may be required to prepay in full for future services or may be refused future bookings.
