Terms of Service – Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1st, 2026
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to physical products sold through the Lioncourt Studio Shop, including makeup and merchandise items. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. Lioncourt Studio Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any makeup or merchandise once an order has been processed and delivered.
Store Credit Consideration
Although refunds and returns are not accepted, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Lioncourt Studio in the event of a verified product issue, such as damage or defect upon arrival.
To be considered for store credit, customers must:

Contact lioncourtstudio@mail.com within 7 days of delivery

Provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Submit clear documentation of the issue (photos and/or video evidence)
Requests submitted without proper documentation or outside of the stated timeframe will not be eligible for review.
Non-Eligible Situations
Store credit will not be issued for the following:

Incorrect shade, color, or style selection

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Improper use, storage, or mishandling of the product
Final Determination
All store credit decisions are made at the discretion of Lioncourt Studio and are final. Approved store credit will be issued as a digital credit redeemable only at the Lioncourt Studio Shop. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
